What is included with my purchase?
Each product page specifies the item, quantity, material and dimensions. Tea ware and styling accessories are not included unless expressly listed.
How should I care for bamboo pieces?
Follow the care instructions on each product page. Generally, wipe bamboo gently and air-dry fully. Cotton liners and backed pieces require their own care; do not immerse bamboo.
Where do you ship?
The 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes or outside this area.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Free shipping on all orders to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. The cutoff is 07:00 PM GMT−06:00 year-round; later orders enter the next business day’s queue. Estimates are not guarantees.
Can I return my purchase?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt by emailing your order number and reason. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping to France; we cover return shipping for our error, damage or defects. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive a refund?
After the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund is returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How are payments and orders confirmed?
Payment authorization depends on the payment service processing result. A cart or payment request alone does not confirm order acceptance. Refer to the applicable payment result and order confirmation, and contact customer service with questions.
